Save Your Pay Statements to a File

Important: If you are using a public computer (such as a kiosk), do not save your pay statements to a file on that computer. If you do, it may be possible for others to see your statement.

To save your Pay Statements to a file on your PC, do the following:

  1. From the Pay Statements Summary page, if the Pay Statements and Pay Adjustments options are available, select the option for which you want to view statements. The respective pay statements or adjustments dated from the current date to 90 days back are displayed. To navigate to earlier statements, click Previous.

Note: If the From and To fields are available on the Pay Statements Summary page, you can enter a date range to filter the displayed statements.

  1. Click the appropriate underlined Pay Date that you wish to view. The Pay Statements Detail or Pay Adjustments Detail page displays, showing the selected statement in either Adobe PDF or Portable Network Graphics (PNG) format, depending on how your company has been set up.

  1. If your statement is in PDF format, do the following:

  2. Click the Save button in the toolbar at the top of the Acrobat Reader window.

  3. Click the down arrow in the Save In field and select the location where you want to save your statement.

  4. Enter a File Name for the statement and click Save.

  1. If your statement is in PNG format, do the following:

  2. Right-click on the statement and select Save Picture As.

  3. In the Save Picture window, select the location where you want to save the statement.

  4. Enter a File Name for the statement and click Save.

Tip: You can open your saved statement using a graphics program such as Microsoft® Paint. You can adjust the size of the statement by scaling the graphic. You can also print your statement using the graphics program.

  1. To select another pay statement, click Back. You are returned to the Pay Statements Summary page.
