Start Receipt of Printed Pay Statements

Note: Your company can set a voucher default for you to receive pay statements, or to only have e-vouchers available. Your company may have elected not to let you change your voucher suppression setting. Contact your Human Resources representative for more information.

To start receiving printed pay statements, do the following:

  1. From the Pay Statements Summary page, click Go Paperless. The Go Paperless page displays.

Note: Depending on your statement system of record, the Go Paperless link may not be available.

  1. Clear the Access my pay statements online only check box and click Next. The Restart Paper Statements page displays.

  2. Click Get Paper to start receiving paper statements for future pay statements. You are returned to the Pay Statements Summary page.

Note: It may be one to two pay periods before you receive a paper statement, due to payroll schedules.
