Stop Receipt of Printed Pay Statements
Note: Your company can set a voucher default for you to receive pay statements, or to only have e-vouchers available. Your company may have elected not to let you change your voucher suppression setting. Contact your Human Resources representative for more information.
To stop receiving printed pay statements (voucher suppression), do the following:
From the Pay Statements Summary page, click Go Paperless. The Go Paperless page displays.
Note: Depending on your statement system of record, the Go Paperless link may not be available.
Select the Access my pay statements online only check box and click Next. The Agreement to Stop Receiving Paper Statements page displays.
Click Accept. The Verify You Can View Statements Online page displays.
Enter the confirmation number, and click Save. The Thank You page displays, confirming your choice to stop receiving printed pay statements.
To edit your e-mail notification address, click Edit. Click Save to save any changes and return to the Thank You page.
Click Done to return to the Pay Statements Summary page.
